1 Cup Olive Oil

1/3 Cup Wine or Red Wine Vinegar

2 Tbsp Honey

1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 Lime

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Pepper

Fresh herbs – basil, parsley, or cilantro. (If making a Fruit Salad use mint)

**Add an avocado to make the dressing creamy.

**Store in a mason jar & in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.

Directions: add all ingredients in a bowl, whisk ingredients together, store in a mason jar or pour directly on salad when serving.
