3 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup butter

1 large egg

1 cup milk

1 1/2 cup fresh berries

*Optional: 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Directions: Mix dry ingredients together by hand, add butter & mix until small pea size butter pieces are noticable. In a seperate bowl, whisk the egg and milk together. Slowly add milk & egg mixture to the dry butter mixture. Fold in fruit & white chocolate chips if desired. Scoop out 1/4 cup of batter on an oven safe greased pan (or you can use parchment paper instead of cooking spray). Preheat the oven to 375 and bake for 20 minutes.
